Eurosonics was founded in 1974 in São Paulo (SP), as a subsidiary of Branson Ultrasonics Corporation, a world leader in thermoplastic joining technologies.

 

In 2004, it moved its headquarters to Perini Business Park, the largest business condominium in Brazil, located in one of the country’s most developed regions: Joinville, Santa Catarina, considered the 4th most enterprising city in the Endeavor 2016 Ranking.

 

Eurosonics is installed in a 3,000m² area, amidst a complete infrastructure of logistic services and operates in three different segments: OneStop, with customized solutions for all business chain support activities, Services and Equipment.

 

With more than 40 years in the market, Eurosonics has the experience to provide equipment and services for national and multinational industries in diverse segments. A multidisciplinary team ensures excellence in providing support to the business chain’s various activities, from foreign trade to engineering, passing through production, inspection, storage and distribution.

 

Eurosonics has a quality system with TÜV international certification and an inspection module aligned with ISO and TS tools. It uses integrated management tools such as: Lean, Just In Time, SMED, Poka Yoke, A3 report, One piece flow, 5S, Visual Management, Cell design, Standardized Work, Pull Production, FMEA and KANBAN.
