Technical Monitoring

Eurosonics works with three modes of TECHNICAL MONITORING or FOLLOW-UP. We provide specialized staff to obtain information such as:

 

• Supplier follow-up: Monitoring process deadlines and phases, meeting schedules, accountability of expected results, photos, videos and item reports as needed.

 

 

• Supplier development: Verifying production capacity, evaluating perceived quality of the equipment and facilities, organization, process planning and control, key customers, industry-specific contacts, photos, videos and item reports as needed.

 

 

• Audits: Verification of normative documentation, its scopes, certification expiration deadlines, monitoring and key requirements of ISO 14000, ISO 9001 and TS 16949, among others. Process audits can also be performed according to the need and complexity of the audited process.
